Refund policy

At RopeShopStudio, every item is handmade with care. Small variations in color, texture, or shape are normal and make each piece unique.

Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. This right applies only to EU customers. The item must be returned in unused, original condition with all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item, your refund will be issued within 14 days.

In addition to EU rights, RopeShopStudio offers a 30-day return period for all customers worldwide. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Shipping costs for voluntary returns (not due to damage or defect) are covered by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will request photos of the issue. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs, and you may choose either a refund or a replacement.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, items not in their original condition, items returned after the return period, or custom/personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
